Since her training as an animator in dietetic cuisine proposed, in 2007, by Brigitte Mercier-Fichaux, Anne has offered cooking workshops at La Motte and outside (organic store, associative structures, training center, etc.). It is with Chrystelle, an animating friend, that she shares her cooking workshop program each year.
Their motivation: to transmit their passion for healthy, tasty and organic cuisine. For them, cooking is a mode of expression. It means taking care of yourself, others and nature.
In addition to the program, you can ask us to set up an à la carte workshop. Choose your theme according to the season: Apples, cereals and legumes, express cuisine, these funny squashes, papillotes and tagines, soups, small take-out dishes, unique dishes ... (groups of minimum 4 people)
